A little about us:
Ray and Ana Somers are the proud owners of RAYS Auto Garage.
Ray: Co-Owner/Operator. Ray is a graduate of Florida State University and has worked in the automotive repair industry for 25 years, beginning with Sun Tire, a locally owned and operated repair shop based in Jacksonville that was later acquired by Mavis Tires and Brakes out of New York, as a technician. During his time as a technician, Ray earned multiple ASE certifications in Brakes, Steering & Suspension, and Electrical. Ray worked his way into management positions but never left the shop, keeping pace with technology and vehicle trends over the years.
Ana: Co-Owner/Operator. Ana is a graduate of The University of Florida and has extensive experience in customer service and personnel management.
Our management and mechanical team bring impressive credentials and integrity to our operation as well!
Dave: Nissan factory trained Master Technician/ ASE Certified Master Mechanic. Dave brings almost two decades of experience in the trade to our team.
Nate: ASE Certified in Brakes and Steering & Suspension. Nate has worked in the repair industry for the past 10 years and is currently working towards his own Master Certification through continued education efforts.
Kasey: Kasey brings 5 years of management experience to the team through his efforts with Take 5 Oil Change and Mavis Tires and Brakes. Kasey and Ray have worked together for several years and developed a shop environment focused on creating an exceptional customer experience.
